Delivery and Returns

Your items will be despatched as soon as payment is complete with processing time usually taking 3-5 working days.

Please note that some items are ‘Print to Order’ and can take between 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Postage

All items are sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The following prices are for delivery within the UK only.

• For orders up to the value of £8.00 p&p is £2.00

• For orders with a value between £8.01 - £19.99 p&p is £3.00

• For orders with a value between £20.00 - £33.99 p&p is £5.00

• For orders with a value between £34.00 - £79.99 p&p is £7.00

• For orders with a value between £80.00 - £199.99 p&p is £14.00

• For orders of £200.00 and over p&p is £25.00 (this includes insurance)

 

International Orders

Please note that you may be liable for customs duties/import taxes on arrival.

If you would like to collect your item, please select the click and collect option at checkout and I will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel your order you have up to 14 working days from receipt of your delivery to contact me and request a refund and to return your item/s.

Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Please make sure you package the item carefully and securely (in the original packaging if possible) and use a registered/recorded postage service (which requires a signature by the recipient) to return the items.

Please include your name and address.

The customer will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item/s and I advise getting proof of posting.

A refund will be issued as soon as I receive the item/s.

All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
